Data processed
We may process the data you provide voluntarily by email, telephone or WhatsApp, including your name, contact details, project information, documents and the content of your communications.
The website hosting provider may also record technical data such as IP address, date, time, page visited, browser and security information.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering enquiries and preparing proposals — steps taken at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract.
- Managing professional contacts that do not lead to a contract — legitimate interest in organising and responding to communications.
- Performing and managing contracted services — performance of a contract.
- Complying with legal, tax and professional duties — compliance with a legal obligation.
- Ensuring the security, integrity and operation of the website — legitimate interest in preventing abuse and incidents.
Whether the data are required
Browsing the website does not require you to provide personal data voluntarily. When you request contact, a proposal or a service, the data identified as necessary to respond or carry out the request are required for pre-contractual or contractual purposes. Without those details, it may not be possible to answer, prepare a proposal or provide the service.
Retention
Enquiries that do not result in a contractual relationship are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless you object or they are needed for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Client and project data are retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the applicable legal, tax, professional and liability periods. Technical security logs are kept for the period configured by the hosting provider and only for as long as necessary for security and diagnostics.
Recipients
Data may be processed by hosting, technical support, accounting or consultancy providers, or by specialist teams involved in the project, solely to the extent necessary and subject to duties of confidentiality and data protection.
International transfers and external platforms
The website does not automatically load third-party analytics, advertising, maps, videos, social-network content or fonts. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Zenith and other external websites only connect to those organisations after the user selects them.
Those platforms may process data outside the European Economic Area under their own policies and transfer mechanisms. Before using those channels, please review the relevant organisation’s privacy policy. You may always contact JDA directly by email or telephone.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing, or exercise your right to data portability by using the email address shown on this page.
Requests are answered without undue delay and normally within one month. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
You may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese National Data Protection Commission (CNPD) ↗.
Cookies and external resources
The website does not currently use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies and does not load third-party resources before an action by the user. A consent panel is therefore not displayed.
The hosting provider may use mechanisms that are strictly necessary for security and delivery of the pages. This statement must be reviewed if forms, newsletters, analytics tools, embedded maps or videos, or other external services are introduced.
Automated decision-making
JDA Arquitectura does not use data collected through this website for decisions based solely on automated processing or for profiling.
